Eine aus Chile stammende, über Paris führende Bewegung, die erklärte, das Gedicht bilde nicht die Natur ab, sondern erschaffe eine neue Tatsache. Sie brachte visuelle Poesie in Menge hervor, in der Buchstaben als Figuren gesetzt werden, und machte die Grenze zwischen Wort und Fläche zum Gegenstand des Experiments. Neben dem Ultraísmo die zweite Säule der spanischsprachigen Avantgarde.
