Indigenismo
インディヘニスモ / 1920s–1950s / Style / Latin American Avant-garde
Movimiento, centrado en los países andinos, que hizo del cuerpo, la vestimenta y la tierra indígenas el asunto nacional. Tomó como norma la osamenta y el color del lugar en vez del ideal europeo, y se extendió a la pintura, el grabado, la fotografía y la ornamentación arquitectónica. Desplazó la pregunta misma sobre qué debe servir de canon de belleza.
