실루엣 애니메이션은 밝기 조절된 유리 테이블 위에서, 한 번에 하나의 관절이 있는 검은색 카드 인형을 움직여 촬영합니다. 로테 린거의 영화는 그림자 연극, 종이 절단 및 영화를 윤곽과 제스처를 통해 이야기를 전달하는 언어로 결합했습니다.
