Neo-Impressionism
新印象主義 / 1886–1900 / Style / Perceptual Art
Un método que sustituyó la intuición impresionista por la teoría óptica, alineando puntos de color puro sin mezclar para que se fundan en la retina. La disciplina del divisionismo y del puntillismo abordó por adelantado los mismos problemas que la trama de semitonos, el mosaico y la construcción de imágenes por píxeles.
