ネオ・ダダ / 1953–1965 / Style / Postwar American Art
Eine Nachkriegsströmung, die der Innerlichkeit des Abstrakten Expressionismus Gebrauchsgegenstände, Drucksachen und Tierpräparate entgegensetzte und im Zwischenraum von Kunst und Leben arbeiten wollte. Sie führte den Griff Dadas fort und machte die Materialien der Konsumgesellschaft selbst zum Baustoff. Die Weggabelung unmittelbar vor der Pop Art.
