Impresión en color que prepara una piedra litográfica por cada tinta y las superpone con un registro exacto. Una decena larga de piedras alcanzaba una intensidad parecida a la del óleo y lanzó al mundo reproducciones, etiquetas, carteles y tarjetas en gran cantidad.
