Krocha
A highly visible Austrian youth club style that peaked from 2007 to 2009. Deep tans, carefully shaped hair, extremely slim jeans, white, gold or silver footwear and oversized trucker or neon Flash Caps were bound to the movement of Hardstyle and Jumpstyle. Its scope is a specific time, vocabulary and dance culture around Vienna, not generic 2000s neon.
McBling
A 2000s consumer aesthetic gathering celebrity culture, mobile phones, logos, rhinestones, pink, and denim around visible wealth and immediate fun. Unlike Y2K futurism, it foregrounds present attention, brand display, and bodily decoration.
