Compose two styles
Rather than blending two styles into a middle, this assigns them roles: one carries the structure, the other appears as an accent. Where the two fight, it says so before you start.
How to divide the work

- Follow Dreamcore: Put the vanishing point deep and let empty space keep going
- Type
- Set in Dreamcore's manner (One short caption in a corner, addressed to no one), and let Liminal Space's lettering (Keep the existing wayfinding signs and add no new lettering) appear only where you want the eye to catch.
- Material
- Ground in Dreamcore's material (Faded color, soft bloom, clouds and sky under evening light); bring in exactly one thing from Liminal Space (Greenish fluorescent white, dated flooring, damp reflections, weak shadows).
- Colour
- Build on #9cc6db, #dfb4ce, #f0e9c8 and admit one accent from #d1c58a, #718074, #292a28.
Where they fight
- Both belong to Internet Aesthetics, so the difference is small. Push the roles further apart than feels comfortable.
Caution
- Dreamcore Piling on uncanny elements turns the picture into horror and breaks the balance where comfort and wrongness are supposed to stand together.
- Liminal Space The more unusual the building, the less it touches memory, because the sense of having been here only arrives in ordinary places everyone has passed through.
